As producer for the Zengence VR title, I streamlined the production process, ran sprints, managed the team's work, and coordinated communication between Cooperative Innovations and their client company, DeepWellDTx

As producer for the Rhino Rock Studios team, working on a MVP build for the upcoming early access release of FreeRunner Championships, I took care of tasks breakdown and milestone planning, product review and testing, and reporting to stakeholders. All while managing extremely tight budget and deadlines.

Shiny Dynamics
As an embedded consultant in the Shiny Dynamics team, I guided the team through conceiving the initial concept of a yet unannounced game, and planning the initial stages of production. I also got my hands dirty in rapid prototyping for the initial stages, and with content implementation later on.
